Nude Therapy London was imagined and created by Grace, who for years used to suffer anxiety and low self esteem. She discovered and experienced the benefits of alternative therapies including Tantra, relaxation techniques as well as embracing her nude self several years ago. Alongside her exploration of various meditation techniques, positive outlook strategies, breath work, the power of unconditional love combined with cuddle therapy, she overcame her challenges to blossom into a confident and positive woman.

 

Grace believes touch has the power to communicate without even using words. Subliminal sense of caring, connection and all forms of subtleties of touch can be perceived be it consciously or subconsciously and transmitting a pleasantness and depth of touch. 

 

Grace, through her network of friends, came across a challenge of PE that many men have in their lives and often find hard to tackle. She believes combining PE therapeutic 'Edging' with or without cuddling, specialised breath work, mind over body mindset and together with sensual therapeutic massage can all be beneficial on the path to overcoming PE. One step at a time.
